Job summary

Eastern Personnel Consultants / Oostelike Personeel Konsultante seeks a disciplined Night Shift Warehouse Manager in Centurion to lead 70 staff and own the night operations, ensuring accurate pick/pack and audit-ready staging for morning dispatches. You will report to the Warehouse Executive / Operations Management and drive safety, labor planning, and KPI achievement.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong problem‑solving, and experience with high-volume warehouse workflows, ISO/ safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' supervisory or management experience running large warehouse teams (60+ staff).
• Proven track record in high‑volume pick‑and‑pack fulfillment, binning and staging.
• Grade 12 / Matric; tertiary logistics/operations qualification advantageous.
• Rare night shift availability to cover 18:00–06:00 hours every weekday.
• Strong systems knowledge with WMS/ERP and basic MS Office skills.
• Solid crisis management, problem solving, and labor relations abilities.
• Beneficial: automotive parts wholesale / ISO familiarity and forklift/MHE exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a nighttime workforce of 70; oversee attendance, leave coverage, KPIs and discipline.
• Drive high accuracy batch picking, binning, checking and packing for morning dispatches.
• Coordinate handover with day teams; align backlogs, targets and space allocation.
• Enforce zero‑tolerance on errors; assist cycle counts and ensure data integrity.
• Supervise MHE checks, battery charging and safe operation procedures.
• Maintain ISO 9001/45001 compliance, safety rules and housekeeping on the floor.
• Enforce strict access control, surveillance, and secure night operations.
