Job summary

Morrisons in Chatsworth invites applications for a Night Manager role, leading the night shift to ensure stock readiness, safety, and smooth operations for the next day. You’ll empower and support your team, manage scheduling, and collaborate with store leadership to meet targets.

You’ll train and coach colleagues, build confidence, and identify future talent while driving performance and standards across the department.

As Night Manager, you’ll step up to lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive attitude to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night.

Reporting into the Store Manager, you’ll be on hand to:

• Lead with care: Support and inspire your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.
