Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Midrand is seeking a DC Dispatch Controller (Night Shift) to support daily operations of the Primary Health Care Clinic in-store. The role requires ensuring accurate quantity checks against the DLS balance and efficient dispatch processes.

Essential qualifications include Grade 12/Matric and relevant experience; advantageous to have retail/warehouse exposure and MS Office Excel skills. The position offers market-related benefits and security is emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of physical quantity checks vs DLS balance and 100% accuracy.
• Manage the Dispatch Department flow and apply FIFO to aged stock processing.
• Adhere to shift targets with high accuracy.
• Remove wrong store stock and HU query stock to Penalty Area.
• Ensure Dispatch clerks are attended to timeously and printed DLS handed to Dispatch Clerks.
• Prevent and act on security or risk issues and ensure risks are dealt with.
• Analyze shrinkage indicators and act accordingly.
• Record and scan cross dock and inter-branch invoices.
