Job summary

Ninety One in Cape Town is launching the Nexus Programme for exceptional early-career talent with a strong technical grounding. You’ll start by mastering our technology architecture, data principles, and tools, then apply what you’ve learned in a project squad on real business challenges, globally connected from day one.

This two-year, digitally led program offers meaningful responsibilities, global exposure, and a path to a broad technology foundation in South Africa’s leading asset manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Build foundation by learning technology architecture, data principles, and tools.
• Work with the tech team on real projects and deploy tech-enabled solutions.

• Year 2: Join a cross-functional project squad and help modernise business processes.
