Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) qualification
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrable interest in ICT Law and technology-related legal issues
• Understanding of the POPI Act, cybercrime, and digital evidence principles
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
