Morgan Motor Group in Ermelo, Mpumalanga, is seeking a results-driven Vehicle Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of new vehicle sales experience. The role requires a valid driver’s license, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a team-oriented attitude.

You will drive sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction from lead generation to delivery. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up, pre-qualifying customers, coordinating finance, and delivering

Formación

Grade 12 certificate.
Sales/marketing qualifications would be advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years new vehicle sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Exceptional communication skills.
Exceptional customer service.
Target driven.
Clear criminal record.
Computer literate.
Team player.

Responsabilidades

Generate leads for potential customers.
Follow up on all leads until the deal has been finalized.
Pre-qualify all customers.
Gather customers documentation and submit file to F&I office for finance application and further upselling.
Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery including where necessary that all accessories are fit.
Deliver vehicle to customer.
Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction on purchase.
