Job summary

First Degree Recruitment is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager for a dealership. The role focuses on managing the sales and marketing of the new vehicle sales department, meeting monthly targets, motivating and training sales staff, and liaising with head office on monthly sales performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience managing new vehicle sales, a proven track record of achieving targets and profits, and a valid SA driver's license with a clean criminal record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Vehicle sales manager with New vehicles.
• Experience with brands like Ford, VW, Suzuki, Toyota, Omoda, Chery etc.
• Experience working in a corporate branded dealership.
• Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.
• Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or tertiary education.
