Job summary

NTT Nissan Bloemfontein seeks an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow our Nissan New Vehicle Department. You will coach a high-performing sales team, drive new vehicle sales and profitability, and build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders while ensuring top service standards.

• Work closely with the F&I department to support and maximize finance penetration, VAP sales, and overall profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
