Job summary

Discovery Limited in Johannesburg is seeking a New Markets Service Specialist (TalentPool) - GAU to drive end-to-end customer service for Intermediaries, Employers and Members within Discovery Health.

You will handle inbound and written queries, log and route issues, keep clients updated, and ensure high-quality service while applying Discovery FlexiCare policies. A Matric certificate and contact centre experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric with strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
• Ability to log, track and resolve client queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic queries from Discovery FlexiCare members, brokers, employers and franchises.
• Manage queries through the product lifecycle of the FlexiCare product to resolution.
• Log all queries and keep clients updated on progress.
• Deliver high-quality service to all clients and route enquiries to correct departments.
• Work on Discovery systems and apply FlexiCare processes accurately.
• Stay informed on Discovery FlexiCare policy updates.
