The 12-month internship begins November 2026, is field- and office-based with travel to customer facilities in Durban, Mthatha and East London, and requires recent graduation in a health-related field, strong English, and

Qualifications

Recently graduated with a degree in a medical or health-related field.
Proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Able to travel to support customer needs.
Must be currently unemployed.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be under the age of 30.
Must not have participated in a YES programme previously.
Should not be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in postgraduate studies.
Commits to complete 12-month internship.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support before, during and after procedures.
Assist with case preparation, product demonstrations, installations and first-line product support.
Respond to technical and application-related queries from sales colleagues and external stakeholders.
Help deliver on-site education, consultation and customer follow-up while following Medtronic policies and hospital protocols.
Support commercial growth within assigned accounts and the broader territory
