Managed Talent Solutions' client in the automotive industry is looking for a Network Administrator for a 3 month fixed term contract.

• Education and Certification:
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, etc.).
• Knowledge of network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of SDWAN technology and connectivity.
• Security Knowledge:
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall is an advantage.
• Operating Systems:
• Proficiency in various operating systems, especially Windows and Linux (Linux experience is an advantage).
• Experience with server operating systems and services (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
