We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications that support Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and application services using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, middleware, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, operations, and front-end developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensure reliability, and maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and Agile development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on complex technical challenges (senior-level).

Experience & Qualifications

Mid-Level (4–7 years of relevant experience):

• Strong experience with .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, or Liquidity Management processes.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and RESTful API integration.
• Ability to deliver features independently and troubleshoot application issues.
• Contributes to documentation, testing, and process improvements.

Senior-Level (7+ years of relevant experience):

• Deep expertise in .NET architecture, design patterns, and enterprise-scale application development.
• Broad knowledge across financial services domains including Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management.
• Proven experience in leading development initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving best practices.
• Acts as an escalation point for complex application issues and contributes to strategic technical decisions.
