Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) seeks experienced forestry and land management scientists to guide how AI understands sustainable forestry practices, forest health, and land-use decisions.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and global collaboration. You’ll review AI training data, assess content quality, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning.

What You'll Do

• Review forestry and land management scenarios used in AI training datasets
• Assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content related to forest health, land use, and sustainability
• Identify errors, oversimplifications, or flawed recommendations in AI-generated management guidance
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve applied reasoning in AI systems
• Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that fits your lifestyle

Who You Are

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in forestry, land management, or a closely related field
• Strong working knowledge of forest ecosystems, management practices, and sustainability principles
• Able to critically evaluate applied environmental decision-making and technical content
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on remote, task-based assignments
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience with land-use planning, conservation programs, or regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
