Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced field service professional in the food processing and bottling equipment sector. The role covers technical support, installations, and training across client sites in Africa and Europe, with a focus on reliability and dealer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of hands-on aftersales and service management experience, are fluent in Afrikaans and English, and are willing to travel widely.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Fluent Afrikaans and English.
• Willingness to travel in Africa and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Resolve complex field and technical problems. Log issues in real-time tracking systems and follow through to root-cause.
• Installations: Install machinery and equipment at clients, provide technical support; file service schedules for technicians and manage parts to clients.
• Training & Compliance: Conduct annual dealer service training, instruct teams on warranty protocols, and manage field machine modifications.
