Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in corporate real estate and national property portfolio management.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and transaction oversight skills.
• Experience with data governance, portfolio analytics and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead national leasing, occupancy and portfolio strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, relocations and terminations to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Govern full lifecycle of lease transactions including approvals, due diligence and close-out.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across property activities.
• Drive process improvement, data integrity, and system enablement for property operations.
