Network Finance is seeking a National Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across distribution centres nationwide. You will manage end-to-end monthly and bi-weekly payroll, oversee reconciliations, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for a large workforce within the FMCG and distribution sector.

You will build strong payroll controls, partner with HR and Finance, mentor payroll teams, drive continuous improvement, and provide reporting to support business objectives.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end monthly and bi-weekly payroll for a large employee base.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, and salary journals.
• Ensure compliance with SARS, UIF, labour legislation, and internal governance.
• Lead payroll administrators nationally and drive process improvements.
• Provide payroll reporting and governance to HR and Finance.
