Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a National Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple sites. You will oversee end-to-end monthly and bi-weekly payroll, governance, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for a large employee base in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment.

This senior role focuses on building robust controls, managing payroll teams nationwide, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with HR and Finance to support business objectives.

Formación

• End-to-end monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing for a large employee base.
• Review, validate, and approve payroll inputs, adjustments, and submissions.
• Ensure payroll transactions are accurate and timely.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations, exception reporting, and audits.
• Lead payroll teams nationally and drive governance and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites and regions.
• Maintain strong payroll controls, approvals, and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with SARS, UIF, labour legislation, and internal governance.
• Consolidate payroll submissions from distribution centres and regions.
• Manage overtime, time & attendance, and attendance records.
• Mentor payroll administrators and drive continuous improvement.
• Generate payroll and headcount reports to support management decisions.
