Qualifications

• Senior management experience within South African road freight.
• Break-bulk and express distribution experience – essential
• Experience managing multiple branches and large operational teams
• Strong knowledge of linehaul, warehousing, OTIF, KPIs and vehicle utilisation
• Experience controlling freight losses, damage, claims and operational costs
• Working knowledge of NBCRFLI and road freight compliance
• Strong commercial, reporting and client-management skills
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Managers and align on cost control and KPI delivery.
