Decofurn Furniture is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance, infrastructure and projects across our national footprint. The role requires strong operational leadership to keep facilities running smoothly.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day maintenance, manage refurbishments and new site projects, and coordinate external contractors, while ensuring safety compliance and accurate maintenance records across multiple sites in the Western Cape and

Qualifications

• Relevant Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 5–10 years’ maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in a warehouse or industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs across Head Office and national sites.
• Manage refurbishments, upgrades, and new site projects.
• Appoint and manage external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety regulations (Section 37(2), OHS Act).
• Procure and source parts in line with company processes.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance logs, and service records.
• Oversee alarms, CCTV, fire detection, and safety systems.
• Track project performance and compile reports.
• Manage housekeeping teams and site standards.
