Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a National Maintenance and Facilities Manager in Durban to lead maintenance and facilities operations across the group. You will create, implement, and manage master maintenance plans for retail and commercial sites, overseeing managers and remote teams to ensure reliable equipment and spaces.

This role requires strong leadership, cost management, health & safety compliance, and the ability to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and maintenance operations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple maintenance teams.
• Strong cost management and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage master maintenance plans for all sites (retail and commercial).
• Coordinate with department heads and executives to meet maintenance needs.
• Supervise Retail/Commercial Maintenance Managers and remote teams.
• Provide training and development to team members.
• Monitor performance and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
• Conduct monthly inspections and maintain preventive maintenance checklists.
