Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Nanny and Educational Support for a professional family in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will care for two children, ages 3 and 5, support their daily routines, and create stimulating learning activities focused on pre-literacy, numeracy, and creative play.

The ideal candidate has proven nanny or early childhood education experience, holds First Aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and can communicate effectively with parents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nanny or in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong understanding of preschool child development principles.
• First Aid and CPR certification are required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background checks and excellent references are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive care for two children aged 3 and 5.
• Develop engaging educational activities focusing on pre-literacy, numeracy, and creative play.
• Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Ensure children's safety and supervise indoor and outdoor play.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for their ages.
• Tidy children's play areas and manage children’s laundry.
• Transport children to and from preschool or activities if required.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding development and daily activities.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
• Plan outings to parks, libraries, and other child-friendly locations.
