Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Team Lead Multimedia to own the development, implementation and day-to-day leadership of the Multimedia function. You will ensure the Multimedia Editor team delivers high-quality outputs to briefs and deadlines, while defining service offerings and workflows for routine operations.

You will plan production, develop the team, and introduce new multimedia production types including AI-enabled options through testing and validation, ensuring capacity and QA readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multimedia or digital content production with people leadership.
• Experience translating briefs into concrete production plans.
• Proven ability to design and implement production workflows.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Blender, DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience AI-enabled imagery, 3D or video in live production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Multimedia Editor team and manage workloads.
• Own implementation of multimedia production flow and readiness for routine operations.
• Plan daily/weekly scheduling and capacity planning across Multimedia.
• Translate briefs into clear production instructions and assign responsibilities.
• Provide production time and resource estimates for planning.
• Escalate blockers and report delivery progress to Head of Content.
• Train and onboard freelance or external production resources.
• Maintain production standards and workflow documentation.
