Placements24 is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee multiple production sites with a hybrid on-site and remote management approach. You will drive efficiency, quality, and cost control while leading diverse site teams and coordinating with support functions.

The role requires deep manufacturing knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage and mentor site-level management teams, fostering leadership development and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as supply chain, engineering, finance, and R&D.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning and implementation for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
