Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking a skilled Multi-Brand Repair Technician to join our Service Centre. You will diagnose, repair, test and support after‑sales service across a growing portfolio of consumer electronics brands.

You will complete manufacturer certifications, source required tools, and share knowledge to strengthen the team. The role emphasizes quality control, accurate records, and timely turnaround in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hardware repair experience in consumer electronics.
• Recognised electronics/electrical engineering qualification (N4‑N6 or equivalent).
• Willingness to learn across multiple brands and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test and release products across multiple brands.
• Identify faults from customer reports and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Complete technical assessments and prepare repair quotations when required.
• Follow manufacturer repair guides, warranty policies and procedures.
• Manage referrals to manufacturers or approved third‑party repair partners.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and strict quality controls.
