Job summary

Ekco is seeking a detail-oriented IT Services Admin to join our team in Cape Town. You will oversee user account provisioning, license assignments, and onboarding requests within a mature MSP environment.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PSA workflows, communicating with clients and vendors to ensure accurate, timely onboarding and offboarding while upholding Ekco's service standards and security-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Windows/macOS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and license management is required.
• Familiar with onboarding/offboarding processes and PSA platforms.
• Strong communication with clients and vendors is essential.

Responsibilities

• User account creation and management.
• Manage incoming user management tickets in your queue.
• Reflect and represent Ekco's culture and values in responsibilities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction via efficient communication with clients and vendors.
• Liaise with deployments, projects and sales when required.
• Troubleshoot tickets and escalate when needed.
