Ekco Group in Cape Town is seeking a Cloud Engineer to deliver managed services, maintain and improve cloud environments, ensuring security and reliability.

You will collaborate with senior and lead engineers and customer teams across the Netherlands, applying your Microsoft cloud expertise to deliver exceptional service outcomes. 3+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure roles with relevant IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer roles with hands-on cloud experience.
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-900).

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Implement approved changes and service improvements.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud environments.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor environments and proactively identify issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple customer teams and participate in on-call rotation.
