Job summary

Dotsure Ltd in George, Western Cape, is seeking a Direct Motor Sales Call Centre Agent to connect with customers over the phone, provide quotations and close motor insurance sales. You will work with leads from our dealer network, handle objections confidently and follow scripts to ensure compliant selling.

You will join a fast-paced George-based team, responsible for converting leads, upselling products, and supporting account handlers while maintaining customer experience and accuracy

Qualifications

• Matric (minimum requirement).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong sales ability including objection handling and closing.
• Attention to detail and accurate information capture.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise your workload and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to support the operational needs of a busy sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact allocated leads and understand customers' needs.
• Prepare personalised quotations and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up on open leads and capture customer information accurately.
• Upsell relevant products and provide feedback to account handlers.
• Complete underwriting process accurately and in line with scripts and TCF.
• Navigate peak periods with resilience and maintain professionalism.
