Dotsure is seeking a friendly Dealer Relationship Consultant to support and grow relationships with motor dealerships across South Africa. Based in George, this on-site role focuses on building trust, handling inquiries and delivering excellent service to our partners.

Qualifications

• Matric is required or equivalent.
• Confidence in communication and dealing with people.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak with motor dealerships and build trusted relationships.
• Follow up regularly and keep dealer partners engaged.
• Assist dealerships with questions and ensure excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with partners.
• Manage daily calls, follow-ups and sales pipeline.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
