Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain a prepared Montessori environment for the toddler classroom, ensuring it is safe, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Guide children through individual and small group activities using authentic Montessori materials.
• Observe and document each child's development, interests, and needs, adapting the environment and activities accordingly.
• Foster independence, self-discipline, and grace and courtesy skills in young children.
• Establish a calm and respectful atmosphere for the children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and engage them in the Montessori philosophy.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive school community.
• Organize and conduct parent-teacher conferences as needed.
