Job summary

NTU International invites applications for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to strengthen the MEL framework for the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme. You will support design, implementation and ongoing improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning across donor-funded multi-partner activities.

The role requires a Master’s-level qualification or substantial equivalent experience, excellent English, and additional knowledge of French and/or Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in evaluation, statistics/data science, development economics, social sciences, or related field.
• Alternative: four additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of the degree.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the MEL system and indicators.
• Assist in data collection protocols, baselines and evidence consolidation.
