Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related life science discipline.
• 3–5 years hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology techniques.
• Proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform molecular biology experiments, including PCR, qPCR, cloning, Western blotting, and cell culture.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize protocols.
• Contribute to development of new assays and methodologies to support research objectives.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and prepare scientific reports.
• Collaborate with team members on project goals and present findings in lab meetings.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and GLP.
