Job summary

Cash Crusaders is seeking a skilled Cellphone Repair Technician in Cape Town. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of cellphone faults, perform screen and battery replacements, and handle board-level repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cellphone repair experience, with Android and iOS proficiency. Appliance repair experience is a bonus. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cellphone repairs.
• Experience repairing smartphones (Android & iOS).
• Appliance repair experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet repair deadlines.
• Honest, reliable and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
