You will define the technical direction, enforce best practices, and collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to ship features across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Strong expertise in React Native.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and APIs.
• Experience with app deployment to App Store and Google Play.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with performance optimisation and scaling mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile app architecture and technical roadmap.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Lead React Native development and code reviews.
• Mentor and grow a team of mobile developers.
• Oversee end-to-end mobile app delivery from concept to deployment.
