Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years in mobile app development with 3+ years in lead/senior role.
• Expertise in native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and/or native Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong mobile architecture knowledge (MVVM, MVC, VIPER).

You will lead a team of skilled mobile developers, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of mobile development best practices, architectural patterns, and the entire app lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of native iOS and Android applications.
• Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile app solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Proficiency with mobile development tools, including Xcode, Android Studio, and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of the mobile app lifecycle, app store submission guidelines, and performance optimization.
