Job summary

Keystone Project Recruitment seeks a seasoned safety professional to lead on-site safety within mining operations, emphasizing risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role targets individuals with extensive EPCM exposure and a track record of driving safe work practices on complex sites.

The ideal candidate will possess MHSA knowledge, SACPCMP/CHSA/MHSA certification advantages, and the ability to communicate effectively with on-site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Mining Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years safety experience, at least 10 years in mining operations facilities.
• Legal Appointment under Section 2.17.1 of the MHSA is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of MHSA, OHS Act and Construction Regulations.
• Strong on-site safety focus with proactive risk mitigation and clear communication.
