Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications as Millwright required.
• Fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience in mining, drilling, heavy engineering or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble machinery in line with drawings and OEM specs.
• Perform preventative, corrective and condition-based maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on complex machinery including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain drilling equipment to improve availability and readiness.
• Respond to breakdowns and support root-cause analysis.
• Read technical drawings, schematics, fault codes and OEM manuals.
• Manage critical spares and record maintenance actions and repairs.
• Work in line with safety, quality and legal requirements.

Education

Millwright trade / Red Seal equivalent

Grade 12

Driver's license
