Job summary

Bosha Placements in Rustenburg is seeking a qualified Millwright to join our maintenance team at a mining-related site. You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment, fault-find electrical and mechanical systems, and service motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and panels.

Qualifications include a Red Seal Millwright Trade Certificate, 3–5 years of plant maintenance experience (mining experience advantageous), and the ability to read electrical and mechanical

Qualifications

• Qualified Millwright Trade Certificate (Red Seal).
• Minimum 3–5 years plant maintenance experience (mining environment advantageous).
• Knowledge of motors, VSDs, pumps, transformers, and PLC systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be medically fit to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment
• Fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems

• Conduct inspections and complete job cards accurately
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment

As our Millwright, you will play a crucial role in performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment, fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and maintaining various components such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and panels.
