Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for mineral extraction, flotation, leaching, and refining.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot plant testing to evaluate process improvements and new technologies.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Implement and monitor process control strategies for optimal operating conditions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to chemical handling and processing.
• Collaborate with metallurgists, geologists, and plant operators to meet production targets.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and management recommendations.
• Assist in troubleshooting process upsets and equipment malfunctions.
