The role focuses on safe, efficient, and profitable execution of drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling, with responsibility for a large operations team and an integrated fleet of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in open-pit mining, including at least 5 in leadership roles, and a strong track record in planning, production optimization, and cost

You will manage a large team of operational staff, oversee equipment fleets, and collaborate closely with planning, engineering, and maintenance departments to achieve production targets and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of open-pit mining methodologies, and a proven track record of optimizing production and cost performance.
