Job summary

Pronel Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Red Seal Millwright to join the manufacturing team in KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing mechanical and electrical plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key duties include fault-finding, attending to breakdowns, installation and alignment of machinery, monitoring downtime, and adhering to OHS policies.

Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• Red Seal Millwright qualification.
• 4–6 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Manufacturing/feed industry experience advantageous.
• PLC, Drives, SCADA, and Automation knowledge.
• Team-leading/supervisory experience advantageous.
• English and/or Afrikaans communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• South African citizen and medically fit.
