Job summary

IOM - UN Migration in Pretoria operates the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC). The role leads daily clinic operations, coordinates medical examinations, vaccinations, and laboratory work, and ensures accurate documentation in MiMOSA.

You will oversee TB management, referrals, and participant data while maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance with international SOPs. The successful candidate will bring a medical degree and clinical experience, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• Medical degree with four years of professional work experience.
• SA medical license is mandatory.
• Clinical experience, preferably in multidisciplinary settings, within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC) in Pretoria.
• Conduct migration health assessments and related procedures (imaging, labs, vaccinations).
• Coordinate TB management, treatment, and referrals with adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation in MiMOSA and other systems.
• Monitor quality control and data reporting for MHAC activities.
• Support budget, procurement, and staff supervision as required.
