JVR Software is seeking an experienced IT support professional to deliver end-to-end on-site technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role covers server maintenance in a virtualized environment, AD/M365 administration, and hands-on networking with switches, VPNs, and security tooling.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of on-site IT experience, strong problem-solving and client-facing skills, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft or Network+/Security+.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years' experience in IT support with strong on-site client exposure.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
• Hands-on experience with switches, basic firewalls, VPNs, and mobile device management.
• Microsoft or CompTIA (Network+, Security+) certifications are highly advantageous.
• Deliver end-to-end onsite technical support across Windows desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
