Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
• Experience with flotation, gravity separation, and hydrometallurgy.
• Proficiency with metallurgical accounting and process simulation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Hybrid work model balancing on-site responsibilities with remote data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of mineral processing circuits, including crushing, grinding, flotation, and leaching.
• Conduct metallurgical test work to evaluate new process technologies and optimize existing ones.
• Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve recovery, grade, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and plant operators to troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the processing plant.
