- Monitor and control flotation circuits to maximize recovery and concentrate grade for various minerals.
- Conduct laboratory and plant test work to evaluate new reagents, process configurations, and operating parameters.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain process stability.
- Manage and optimize reagent addition strategies to balance performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze process data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, and management teams to achieve production targets and safety standards.
- Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
