Job summary

TFG is seeking an Allocations Analyst to support stock planning and merchandise strategy across stores in the Wes-Kaap region. You will analyze sales trends, coordinate with stores and distribution, and ensure timely stock delivery to maximise sell-through.

You will collaborate with Planning, Buying and Supply Chain teams, maintain accurate stock levels, and contribute to store launches and promotions. 1-2 years experience in retail allocation or related analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
Comfort with data interpretation and decision making.
Proficiency in organising and planning stock movements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate clearly with stores, suppliers and teams.
Experience in retail allocation or merchandise analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Allocate and replenish stock across stores based on sales trends and stock availability.
Monitor product performance and suggest allocation adjustments.
Support store launches, promotions, and seasonal trading events.
Maintain optimal stock levels to maximise sell-through and minimise markdown risk.
Analyse sales, stock and inventory reports to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Planning, Buying and Supply Chain teams to support objectives.
