Job summary

Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd in Stellenbosch seeks an experienced MEP Revit Draughtsman to join a collaborative building services team. You will develop and maintain detailed MEP models, produce construction drawings, and support engineers in coordinating building services across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an MEP Revit Draughtsman.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience within a consulting engineering or building services environment.
• Experience working on MEP building services projects.
• Residential or hotel MEP experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Revit modelling and technical drawing standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Assist engineers with the development and coordination of building services designs.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings and models as required.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project and company standards.
• Assist with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Liaise with engineers and other project team members to ensure accurate project deliverables.
• Contribute to efficient BIM and Revit workflows.
• Take on increasing responsibility as technical skills and experience develop within the business.
