VARIOUS CHEFS to join the culinary team at a new boutique hotel opening in Mouille Point, Cape Town. The hotel’s restaurant will showcase modern Greek and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on authenticity, precision, and creativity to elevate the guest experience.

These positions call for consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail, with success depending on strong collaboration and a passion for delivering excellence restaurant service.

Available Positions & Salary

• Griller | R8,000 – R10,000
• Pan Chef | R7,000 – R8,000
• Flat Top Chef | R7,000 – R8,000
• Cold Section Chef | R8,000 – R10,000
• Dessert Chef | R8,000 – R10,000

Experience & Qualifications

• Specialised kitchen experience – proven background in hotel, restaurant, or fine-dining environments, with prior experience in your area of speciality
• Culinary discipline – ability to maintain consistency and high standards under pressure
• Team collaboration – proven ability to work effectively within a brigade system
• Mediterranean cuisine interest – passion for Greek and contemporary Mediterranean flavors
• Attention to detail – precision in preparation, plating, and presentation
• Creativity and innovation – willingness to contribute ideas and seasonal menu input
