Job summary

Austell Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Trainer to join the Medical & Training Department in Parktown, Johannesburg. The role focuses on translating medical and product knowledge into engaging training for our Rx portfolio and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences or related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant training work experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, teach and develop employees effectively.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly Rx products or medical training, advantageous.
