Job summary

Fm Staff is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with at least three years' experience in Wet Services within Building Services. The role focuses on design and construction monitoring for wet services, HVAC, and related systems across client data centres, healthcare, clean rooms, or advanced manufacturing sectors as applicable.

Candidates should hold BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, be proficient in Revit and BIM360, and be ready to travel.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in Wet Services.
• Experience in Public Health/Wet Services design and construction monitoring.
• Willing and able to travel.
• Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng or eligible for professional registration.
• Code B driver's license and own vehicle for daily commute.
• Proficiency with Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360.

Job description

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer with at least three years' experience in Wet Services in Building Services.

Requirements

• Must have a B Eng / BSc / B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have minimum 3 years post‑graduation working experience in specifically Wet Services.
• Experience related to Mechanical engineering, specifically Public Health/ Wet Services, designs and construction monitoring on either or multiple of the following sectors will be advantageous:
  • Data Centres
  • Healthcare Facilities
  • Clean Rooms
  • Advanced Manufacturing
• Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of Revit and BIM360.
• Experience in HVAC, Medical Gases, Mechanical Utilities, Fuel System Design, Vertical Transportation and Fire Engineering Services will be highly advantageous.
• Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng or eligible for professional registration.
• Code B drivers license and own vehicle for daily commute to work and back.
• Computer literacy (programming skills will be advantageous).
• Experience in various Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 suite).
• Must be self‑motivated.
