Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new mechanical products and improve existing ones.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct design validation through simulations (FEA, CFD) and physical testing of prototypes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, software, and marketing to ensure product requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned product development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues encountered during prototyping and production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in product design and development, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining), and product testing methodologies.
